About Roundhouse Funding

Roundhouse Funding is an Atlanta-based hard money lender and loan servicer specializing in business-purpose loans secured by investment real estate.

RHF is led by President Nata Saslafsky, a Cornell University graduate with a professional background in architecture and eight years of hard money lending experience. Nata entered the industry under the mentorship of his father-in-law, Jay Kessler, whose private-lending career spans more than 50 years.

Today, Roundhouse Funding originates and services more than $20 million in real estate loans annually. Loan amounts generally range from $50,000 to more than $2 million and include acquisitions, refinances, cash-out transactions, construction projects and commercial real estate financing.

Our underwriting focuses primarily on collateral value, borrower equity and a credible exit strategy. This approach allows us to evaluate time-sensitive and complicated transactions that may not fit conventional bank requirements.

RHF is based in Atlanta and lends throughout Georgia and select markets nationwide.
